What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple "We will gladly accept your return with reciept" New products are under warranty from the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer first for defective items before returning to the store.

Returns must be accompanied with reciept. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for an IN STORE CREDIT ONLY! opened items must be returned within 7 days from the date purchase. After 7 days opened items will be inspected and returned at the managements discretion. Special orders are non-refundable.

All Electronics are covered by the manufacturers warranty and are not returnable to our store. We will be happy to assist you with your products.

Do you accept orders?

All orders are welcomed! any order $20.00 and under require payment in full. Orders that total $21.00-$500.00 require half down. Orders over $500.00 require full payment before order is placed.

Walthers sales orders: sale items will be honored on items that ship during sales date. If the sale item is backorderd and arrives after sale is over, regular retail price will be charged. Please ask if an item is on backorder prior to placing order.

All orders not picked up within 2 weeks of notification will become property of the Whistle Stop Train Shop with deposit or payment not refunded.
